highly Attractive Waterfront Apartments Scheme Approved
A waterfront apartments development in Liverpool has been backed by councillors.The 257-unit development has been described as a “highly attractive offer in a desirable waterfront location”.The application said it would “contribute contribute towards the city’s housing land supply and assist in increasing the city centre population”.The project is for two eight-storey buildings housing the apartments and car parking.Of the apartments, 206 would be one-bed and the other 51 will be two-bed.Now the plans put forward by developers Barings and Glenbrook, which concerns lands adjacent to The Keel, Kings Parade, on the edge of the city centre, have been passed.Seven members voted in favour of the application, two against and one abstained.
